4G + GPS Pet Tracker
The moment your pet walks out of a safe zone around home, you get an SMS with a map link.
Kids OK, with an adult
DIY project. Children must build this only with an adult (16+ years) beside them at all times. Not suitable for children under 8 years.
Set the buck converter to 5.0 V with a multimeter before connecting the ESP32. An adult handles the lithium pack and SIM. This is a test prototype; keep a real collar light for your pet.
Strictly follow the description given with this video.

How it works
- The 4G + GPS module finds the pet's position.
- The ESP32 checks it against a safe circle around your home.
- Outside the circle: an SMS with a map link; back inside: another SMS.
- A buck converter makes a steady 5.0 V for the ESP32 from the 11.1 V pack.
