What our safety labels mean
Kids OK with adultLow-voltage project (5–12V). Children can build it with an adult (16+) beside them the whole time. Not for children under 8.
Adults onlyInvolves gas, flame, mains power, vehicles or high-current batteries. Not for children.
Where to start by age
8–11 years
Track 1 lessons and the Auto Curtain Opener, built together with a parent.
12–15 years
Tracks 1–5, then the Colour-Sorting Arm and Sun Tracker, with an adult nearby.
16+ years
All Kids OK projects, ESP32 projects like the Gesture Arm and Photo Doorbell.
